Having completed training in Dublin and the Oxford Deanery, Dr Emma Dineen has been a Consultant Psychiatrist on the Specialist Register for General Adult psychiatry Since 2007. She works part of the time as an NHS Consultant Psychiatrist in Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. She has worked in independent psychiatric practice since 2014. She assesses and treats people with mental conditions such as sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar affective disorder, anxiety disorders as well as memory problems.

She has a caring and empathic approach, combined with years of expertise in assessment and treatment. Dr Dineen can also assess and diagnose memory problems including dementia and offers mental capacity assessments.
